Our specialist therapist team are here to help advise you on our lovely range of Thalgo face and body treatments.
Our spa facilities include deluxe treatment rooms, swimming pool, sauna, showers and changing rooms.
Arrival Please arrive at the scheduled appointment time to allow time for a complimentary hot/ soft drink and for your therapist to conduct a consultation to determine your personal needs. On arrival, you are invited to change out of your clothes and provided with a robe, towel and slippers. Please bring suitable swimwear.
During Your Visit We aim to provide a peaceful setting for all clients, so ask you to please keep your mobile devices on silent. The spa team reserves the right to refuse access to anyone whose behaviour may disturb or endanger others at the spa.
Valuables Lockers are provided in the changing rooms; however the company will not take liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
After Your Treatment We recommend you drink plenty of water after your treatment. Please take time to relax immediately after your treatment to help ensure you experience the full benefits of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment, however we do kindly request all clients to give us 24 hour’s notice to re-schedule or cancel appointments and for spa days we require 48 hours notice. Any cancellations made less than the required notice or failure to arrive for an appointment may incur a charge of full payment of the treatment / spa day. Full payment is required when booking a treatment or a spa day package.
Refunds and Exchanges Please note skin care products are not exchangeable or refundable at any point after purchase.
Late Arrivals Please note that late arrival may affect the length of your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed for their treatment. Thank you for understanding.
Age Requirement Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the spa facilities.
